Ilinca Dumitru

Ilinca Dumitru-Blanchard is the founder of Lively People, a multilingual consultancy specialised in the wellbeing and health equity social aspects of sustainable development.

EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND

Ilinca has an international and multicultural professional background, having lived, studied and worked across Europe, in Romania, Spain, Belgium and France.

Ilinca holds a Bachelor double degree in Political Sciences and Public Administration by the Granada University, a Master’s degree in Advanced European Union Studies by the European Institute in Bilbao and a certification in European Funding by the Romanian European Institute.

A native Romanian speaker, she is fluent in English, French and Spanish, with a basic knowledge of Italian. Her five-year experience as project manager at the European Commission and European Parliament in Brussels in the field of social affairs, health and wellbeing policies allowed her to gain valuable expertise in business and project strategy, policy analysis and evaluation, growth and funding projects.

Ilinca helps organisations and businesses create positive sustainable transformation through engaging social change projects, in particular in the area of health and wellbeing. These initiatives contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals SDG#3 and SDG#10 that aim to reduce inequalities and promote healthy lives.
