We are expanding our EU and European core staff and network of experts in the areas of:

• Public funding
• Public investment financing
• Public procurement tenders

Time&Place Funding, a branch of Time&Place Group is enjoying a constant growth in client acquisition, and we are therefore looking for new members to join either our core staff or network. Our network currently covers Europe and Brazil in a variety of sectors, notably aviation, health, e-mobility, energy, tourism, sustainable construction, digitalization, innovation and education.

What is our approach?

All in all, we are the portal to all public resources ranging from purchasing (public procurement), to providing support at all stages of the product life-cycle. We provide client services with a network of experts which are integrated and managed by our core team to provide a holistic strategic approach to engage international and local opportunities. Not only does this allow cross-referencing to develop the ideal solution in terms of expertise and public resources for client needs, but we are constantly building a community that shares and benefits from the opportunities and knowledge shared which each other; a community you would be part of. Therefore, our strength is international presence through local experts and their teams who have local access, local knowledge and speak the local language(s).

What exactly are we looking for?

Experts with experience in some or all of the following:

• Engage public authorities or those managing the public finances on behalf of the public authorities to provide input on the relevant public thought processes and policy language.
• Knowledge of where to find opportunities for public procurement, public funding or public investment, ideally before the opportunities are published.
• Understanding decision-making processes of the relevant awarding authorities.
• Responding to RFPs in public procurement and public funding.
• Drafting proposals for public investment financing.
• Building a consortium for inter alia Horizon Europe projects.
• Leading and coordinating projects either or both for stand-alone clients or consortia.
• Communication and reporting to contracting/awarding bodies and authorities.
• Ability to advise and accompany the client at all stages of the drafting process, no matter if single-party or consortia. What is important is that the client does not feel left alone. We take this very seriously.
• Understand business development – combining public resources and business development for the purpose of helping clients understand where to focus their next steps.
• Geographic focus currently on EU, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Spain & Italy, but this does not exclude other geographies. We are open to your international, national and regional expertise anywhere in the world. This includes, United Nations, NATO and other international awarding authorities.
• Area of expertise focus: Innovation, e-mobility, health, energy and education. Also here, we are open to any field of expertise you may have.
