The Role

As an Advocacy & Communication Intern at Time&Place Group, you will have the opportunity to dive into exciting projects that shape the future of global policies. Working closely with our team of experts, you will contribute to initiatives in think tanks, public funding, and audio-visual media productions and brand strategies. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and make meaningful contributions to projects with real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the management of client platforms (e.g. association bodies) with a view of providing positioning to the EU institutions;
  • Monitoring & Analysis – stakeholder activities as well as policy and legislative developments and funding opportunities relevant to our clients with a view of providing impact assessments;
  • Support in drafting reports, presentations, and briefs;
  • Collecting and analyzing information, documentation, and data – support in drafting clear and catchy opportunity summary reports for clients;
  • Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content (text, images, etc.) for various social media platforms;
  • Monitor and maintain social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube);
  • Help manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting;
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content;
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
  • Support the organization of events and other networking initiatives;
  • Further activities dependent on skills, interests and performance will regularly be considered.
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g., political science, international relations, economics, law);
  • Strong analytical and research skills with a keen attention to details;
  • Language skills: Fluent English (mandatory, both written and oral). Good knowledge of German, French, Dutch, and other languages is a strong advantage;
  • Communication and organizational skills;
  • Command of MS Office;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team;
  • Passion for global affairs and public policy;
  • Experience in project development, media productions and social media is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of and interest in disruptive technologies, including AI and cryptocurrencies is an advantage.
