Pieter Allers is based in Brussels and is Director and Principal Consultant of Linkage Western Europe, an organisation and leadership development consultancy focused on enabling managers, leaders and their organisations to fulfil their full potential.
He has been responsible for designing, managing and implementing solutions in areas of management and leadership development, change management, assessments and executive coaching, and organisation development for corporate and non-profit clients throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Pieter is an experienced facilitator, coach and consultant. He has designed and facilitated programmes in the fields of change management, leadership, and human resources. As a coach he works with middle to senior leaders in setting and reaching their performance, development, and career goals. He is experienced with many (360 degree) assessment instruments and their feedback processes. As a consultant he advises clients on issues of change management, organisation design, and talent and succession management.
Pieter’s main drive is to help organisations and their people organise work effectively and deliver results successfully. Before joining Linkage, Pieter held commercial, consulting, and general management positions with one of Europe’s largest provider of executive development. He has travelled and worked extensively across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

Pieter further completed the certification programs Managing Organisational Transitions – in partnership with William Bridges, and the Linkage Executive Coaching Masterclass. He is a certified consultant to facilitate the ExperienceChange and Design Thinker programs developed by ExperiencePoint (Canada).
He is the co-author of Linkage’s Change Management toolkit, designed for leaders preparing for major change initiatives in their organisations.
A Dutch national, Pieter is fluent in English, French, German and Dutch.
